Fix links and enhance documentation in README #2139

Updated links to OpenJDK project and added documentation references. Slim the README to the minimal required information and redirect for all other stuff to the https://sapmachine.io/docs as one single source of truth. That will ensure that we in future have only one single place to update information. Happy coding

Is it the intention not to list tools like the JFR events page or AP-Loader anywhere in the README (they are not currently listed in the docs either)? |

This information moved to https://sapmachine.io/docs/sap-in-openjdk. I think this should be linked more directly in the README.md. This will be part of the changes that I intend to do in a subsequent PR. |
